Stray Dogs in the locality - SERIOUS Hello Sir, I want to report a very serious issue, we are facing being residents of shiv nagar, New Delhi - 110058 . There is mad Stray dog black colour, his name is kalu who have attacked 4 people of the locality and are seriously injured . It gets very difficult for us to pass by the streets. We don't feel safe at our place They even keep barking throughout the night which leads to disturbance in sleep. Please help!! They have also bitten 4 people in the locality. Its becoming difficult for kids to play outside home and people to walk by the streets. And today even i've experienced because i was about to get bitten by these Please catch that dog so that we can live safely at our place. Sincere Request, kindly revert back as soon as possible.
