Dog Problem — street dog

Dear Sir /madam This complaint is regarding a stray dog in sector 38 behind medicity.There is a shop near to islampur (ofcourse illegal shop )and connecting Huda sector 38 Behind medicity and there is always a black color dog which is living almost in that shop .He bites almost everyday to any person, infact My son 9 yrs old was going on scooter with some elder suddenly this dog jumped and bite him .Today I came to know that the same dog bite someone else also .Its getting worse day by day and ofcourse no one is there to address our problem .i want to you to take strict action against the shopkeeper and ofcourse dog should be taken out from this vicinity.
