Dogspot.in — Broken piece delivered and no response now

I ordered a Savic cat litter tray from DogSpot.in on July 10, 2015. The product was duly received as ordered on July 18. However, the tray was rather dirty, with lots of cobwebs and dust on it AND it was broken from top to bottom from the top left side which makes it absolutely unusable and dangerous for my cat to use. I wrote to the customer care email id on the 18th. Other than automated responses from the site, no one has reverted to redress my complaint. I have offered them the choice of refunding my money or exchanging the product for a new one, but despite 4 reminders till now, there is no response. The product cost is INR 750 and with express delivery that I had requested it came to INR 849. It no longer is a question of money and has not become a question of principle and how etailers can get away with anything at all. I am outraged at their lack of responsiveness and utter shamelessness.
