Domino's Pizza — Bad quality of pizzas ordered online | |||||
Me and my friends ordered four pizzas veg spicy veg loaded veg herby and paneer and onion. The pizzas that we received were not at all satisfactory. There was toppings only on one half of the pizzas with nothing on other half. There was hardly any cheese on it. The taste wasn't good at all. It was nothing like it showed in the pictures on the website which i find very misleading as a consumer. I always eat pizzas from dominos because i like it the best from there but this time dominos has really disappointed me with such bad quality. It was very bad. Since we were very hungry from all the research work we've been doing on our projects we ate it anyway but after this bad experience i will think twice before ordering a pizza from dominos from next time. I have never eaten such a tasteless, toppingless, cheeseless and extremely dry pizza before from dominos. The order was placed on 16th may 2016 and the order no. Was 199. The order was placed online which was redirected to the store located at kingsway camp with the address 85-87, ground floor, mall road, kingsway camp, delhi university-gtb nagar, new delhi. I am ordering 244 rs pizza though the online process by my debit card .i am not getting my order. Also the amount of rs 244 has been deducted.Refund not received after 02 months passed.
On 28th march, 2016, tried to order Pizza from Mobile APP. Payment deducted from card but order didn't book.Same was communicated through same mobile app. Reply received as per attachment for refund but till dte refund not received.

I placed my order at 8:15 p.m. I called back after an hour and i asked that when will i get my pizza and that man told me that your order was not placed.
