This is very worst experience in that ur swap card machines was not working here in bikaji kama place from last 2 monts in my 4 th visit

I ordered at 8.29 pm and received my order at 10.05 pm. I ordered a cheese burst pizza and a veg puff which is meant to be delivered hot. What I received was a cold and not in an edible state pizza and puff. I had to throw the pizza and the side dish. This kind of a service is unacceptable by an international brand. A total waste of money.
Made an order for a bill of 371. Money got deducted twice yet order didn't confirm.

i visited pathankot branch wherein the staff is not professional and often involves in misleading and misbehavior with the customers.One guy named Nishu is very raw and unprofessional in dealing with the customersNot able to order online
