Domino's Pizza — Customer security issue | |||||
Me and my 3 friends visited domino's outlet located at "652, phase 1, siddapura, whitefield, palm meadows club, varthur rd, palm meadows, siddapura, whitefield, bengaluru, karnataka 560066" on 17 april, 2016 at 10:40 p.M.One of the customer was drunk at the outlet and started abusing us in his local language and suddenly throw a chair at one of my friend. We didn't respond at he was drunk.After he left we asked store manager that why he didn't did anything.He just said that he cannot do anything on his part.After sometime that drunk person again came and we figure out that person was friends with manager.Under these circumstances i didn't understand how can a customer feel safe.Please look into the matter at highest priority.
