Domino's Pizza — Delay in service and non compliance to its own policy | |||||
We ordered Pizza and Coke amounting to RS 600 on 05/02/2016 at 07;39 PM from Domino's outlet at Rehabari, Guwahati. Got the delivery at 08:30 PM but was not offered free as per the Policy. The order receiver and the delivery boy didn't even bothered to offer any discount and could not justify the delay and were giving lame excuses. We didn't expect such behavior and non-professional attitude Dominos markets itself its USP as offering 30 mins or free . However most of the times its not so.
