Below complaint raised at domino's guest care but no action or reply from anyone.
I have been experiencing very bad service from your preet vihar, delhi branch. 2 weeks ago filled feedback that they have used very less filling on pizza and few pics are without meat on it. But no action taken.
Today again ordered the pizza and below points experienced :
No confirmation call from branch after order placed on app filling very less on both pizza, few pieces without mentioned meat raised the complaint, they took another 45 mins to deliverone pizza filling was ok not up to mark after complaintsecond pizza was worst than first delivery mentioned filling on pizza totally missing branch manager disagree to accept their mistake, only kept arguing and still want my kids to hold the pizza after 2 hours so a senior can come and check photos of all the pizza attached for reference same are going on my social network sites with articlediscussing case with consumer forum for legal action on wasting my money and time for some bread and cheese
