Domino's Pizza — Late delivery and poor pizza quality

I ordered pizzas from the below domino's restaurant

I place the order at approx 8:45 pm. But the pizzas arrived well past 10: 30 and were dead cold. I was hugely disappointed at the service. This is not the first time either and we had faced late delivery of over 2 hours after order booking on several occasions.
