Domino's Pizza — Late delivery, change not given back | |||||
I had ordered Dominos at 8:50pm. It was mentioned that the order will be delivered in 30 mins. It was delivered after 53 mins. When I contacted customer care, they said its normal and it was their mistake that they didnt inform me, which they usually do. I was nt informed anyhow. They said they'll send me a complimentary garlic bread, which I didnt even ask for. I had already paid by card amount of Rupees 525. My bill amount was 503. The delivery guy did not even return the change (Rs 22) as mentioned on the bill. I contacted again, they apologized and said will send the change through delivery boy soon. After an hour later, delivery guy comes, delivers me garlic bread but nt the change. He brings along another bill that has the same amount (Rs 503) but the change to be paid (Rs 22) is nt there in the bill. Delivery boy says he doesnt know about it and cant pay me. He talks to his manager and the manager gives all stupid reasons for nt having the change in the bill. He tells the delivery nt to pay any change and come back. I have both the bills with me as proof of the whole story and hand-written note of the boy that he was instructed nt to pay any change Was this information helpful? | |||||
