Domino's Pizza — Late service 30min guarantee not respected | |||||
LATE SERVICE, NO INFO PROVIDED. 30MIN GUARANTEE NOT RESPECTED I had ordered a pizza online at dominos. By default or some error in their website the order went to another restaurant that is not located near my place. Anyhow the order got transferred to a restaurant close to my location. The order took over 50 minutes and therefore I had to cancel it. But on the bill, order time was mentioned differently, maybe to the convenience of the retaurant. I am highly disappointed about this and the lady on call was unapologetic about this and kept blaming me for this. I am disgusted with their services and their so called 30 mins delivery guarantee.
