There are many instances when we have ordered a pick order and on reaching the staff member refused to accept that any order being placed. It is not a one time incident but the same is being repeated again and again. This is not how you deal with your costumers. We place pick up orders to save our time but I think your staff members do not realize importance and value of important. This is the case of sec 21 faridabad branch .
