Date of incident - april 11, 2016 at 12:15 pm Client number[protected]/8/9 Incident description: I ordered pizza from sahakaranagara dominos outlet at 12:15 pm on april 11, 2016. The order was delayed and was delivered at 1:16 pm when the distance is under 600 m. As the delay interrupted my work and the brand claimed to refund the amount in case of delay more than 30 minutes, i contacted dominos guest care. The order amount was rs.591. I received a call from dominos and was assured of a refund of rs. 250 for the delay. However, despite follow-ups no refund is provided till date. The guest care executive closed the ticket with the reference number 1261309 with the reason that they are unable to contact me on my registered number. I ordered my pizza on web at 9:30 pm and no pizza was delivered nor did I receive any intimation that my order can't be delivered or has been cancelled. I waited for almost 3 hours.
Still i Didnt get Refund

No ketchup provided with pizza. Extra charged for each sachet. Also the screen display to check orders not working. Call me for more feedback on +91-[protected]
