[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Order not placed even after successful payment | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I placed an order using the dominos website, i got a coupon on my phone as SMS to get 100% off on second pizza i.e. buy 1 get 1 free, i used the code and made payment through ICICI Pockets the money was debited from my card but the order was not placed, i got the screen which told me to contact restaurant to confirm if my order was placed, I called but was told that the order was not placed, however the amount was debited . I tried ordering again but when i entered the coupon it displayed the message as invalid coupon. Please look into the matter and refund the amount debited even though my order was not placed.
