Dominos — Delivery of pizza

Horrible experience ever... disgusting and poor service. Placed an order at 12pm, till now 2.30 have not received my delivery... called the store five times, and the customer care... still my delivery is not complete... am sitting hungry and they keep saying we have orders so it will take time... they are not even able to commit what time the order will get delivered... such poor management and service... unexpected from Dominoes ... really disgusted... please refund my money so that I can order my lunch from some other better online food joints...

Placed an order at 12pm, it's 2.30 now, still have not received my food... and the service is so very poor, called the store five times, called the customer care also, still my delivery is not complete. They are not even committing the time as to when they will deliver. Horrible management and poor service. Really disgusted.
