Hello Customer-Care, Subject: DOMINOS REFUND I am from Bangalore and i had ordered Pizza and Taco Indiana. Money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called the outlet after 1.5 hours and they said they havent got any order. So i was asked to order again and cash on delivery option was provided for me. DOMINOS has to refund the money for my first order and it has already been 10 days now. I am very disappointed with the service. Please find below the details you requested for the refund. Customer Name- Vinay KR Phone No- +91-[protected] Dominos Store Name- Nagarbhavi DOMINOS store Date of Incidence[protected] Time:6:45:00 pm Order No-(If possible) :Order number was not provided. Bill No- (If possible) : Bill number was not provided. I request you to refund my amount ASAP. Rs.710 was deducted from my account. It has already been 10 days and the money has not been refunded. I am planning to file a case against Dominos in the consumer court for this if i do not get my money back ASAP. I also have the sms/mail alert that i recieved from my bank after the amount was deducted from DOMINOS. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. Was this information helpful? | |||
