Domino's Pizza — 30 minutes delivery service policy

Hi, Dominos known for its customer satisfaction has disappointed me this time very much. I ordered pizzas online, and it was late by 35 minutes. They refused to comply with their famous '30 minutes delivery service' policy then stating that the address was wrong, despite the fact that the address was fully correct. I assume the company has lost its policies guidelines and how to manage business well and server their customers. I am highly disappointed and wish to discontinue with dominos from today!
