Domino's Pizza — amount debited for online order but not reversed after failure of the same

I made online payment of Rs 424/ at around 8pm on 15th Oct to order pizza at the nearest domino's outlet address - rainbow plaza pune - i got msg from the bank of amount deduction from my account but order confirmation was not received. When i called at the outlet, the guy told that they had not received any such request and the amt would be reversed to my account in a week's time...but still the amount Rs 424/- has not been credited.
