[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Arrogant Branch Manager.

Hi i made a phone call to Domino's Pizza at 19:24 pm at Karol Bagh, New Rohtak Road, Delhi outlet to place an order and had a word with a guy who was dening to take the order and told me that this is a non-delivery zone. However few days back they delivered the order at my place without any inconvenience. Than i requested to speak to the manager and the guy transfered my call to Mr. Manish Solanki who said he is the branch manager. He Was so arrogant and was not ready to listen to me at all. He was so rude and does not have basic ettiquates to deal with customer. I am very much upset with the services which i received over the phone today by a branch manager. It seems the company does not want to maintain their brand name in the market for a long term that's why they hired the people link manish Solanki as a branch manager.
