Domino's Pizza — Broken pizza boxes

Order placed on 05/09/2014 at 8:31pm through phone at I.P. Extension restaurant. Order No. 454. We are highly disappointed with the services of this outlet. Had ordered 2 Medium CHEESE BURST Country Special pizzas. The order came after 40minutes, still we made the payment. The pizza boxes were broken/open. The delivery boy went away without giving seasonings and took the bill along, we called the restaurant again and Ms. Renu said that she will send the seasonings in 5minutes, and those 5minutes never ended. And also the pizzas were regular ones, WITHOUT CHEESE BURST. Poor service of the restaurant despite making all the payments, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Will refrain from coming to Dominos ever again. Dominos had also sold discount coupons worth Rs.500 in Nov 2013 with validity till 31st OCT 2014, they discontinued the usage of these coupons in March 2014 without any prior intimation.
