Domino's Pizza — Claim of Pizza promised over phone by Domino's Manager

This is to inform you that I was promised a Large Domino's pizza by Mr. Mukesh (Old Rajinder Nagar branch ph:[protected]) over phone as my order was delayed for over 90 minutes and secondly it came all cold. I was asked to pay now & was promised a large pizza next time. Now when i came back from vacation & placed an order I was coldly denied of any promise done. I am a regular & loyal customer of Domino's but am not sure how to trust lying employees again over food & their promises made. It seems as if its a regular thing for them to promise with no accountability also i feel that they are working for Sales of you competition as they are pushing us over Pizza Hut & local joints by doing such acts. It not the question of a pizza but the training provided by Domino's to it employees to over promise & under deliver. Hope u look into this matter of promising Domino's products over phone.
