i hv worse experience with your dahisar(mumbai) branch.
i ordered online pizza on 3 august 2014 by 2.30pm as i hv some little guest in my house.
my order no is 126 but the delivered pizza by 4.30pm after so many call remainders.
the branch manager Mr gurpreet assured that it was their mistake and as per your company policy it is free. but till the date i hv nt received any refund frm dominoze..
and the worsed part was tht delieverd pizza was uncooked so we called again branch manager mr gurpreet and he suggest tht through that pizza we will deliver u a fresh pizza we did the same but sorry we didnt received any fresh pizza till the date.. . he assured that it will refund with in one week coz it is credit card payment and as per your company policy
we waited for two weeks n called to your dahisar branch then different guy called mr dhavan told me the mr gurpreet left the organization again i told him entire story and he also assured me that he will send me my money by cash.. after several phone calls he only assures us he will pay us bk our guy is out with money bt till the date i hv not received my money back..
i felt cheated by your dahisar branch. wht i got after paying Rs. 857 in advance nothing bt a mental harassment of demanding my money back.. is this your company policy?
i want serious action against it or else i have to take further action.
