Domino's Pizza - money deducted online but no order placed 1 Review Add a Comment User Jithin Rj on Jun 28, 2015 This company has cheated me, in the name of online banking and 50% off offer, after a lot of processing and verifications that consumed a lot of tym and energy, I in the end was lucky enough to reach the payment options page, then when I selected the option of cash on delivery, the website notified me that it was "unable to process my request and that I shud try again latr, and after similar three attemps and 2 phone calls from their server for confirming my order, the website sent a notification that it I "have consumed the maximum number of request and that I should try net banking, and I did, and later on an amount of 257rs was deducted fron my account, but the website did not show any confirmation of the order and then the website notified me that I had not placed the order.when I contacted the local dominoes shop the said that there has been no order placed in my name, . The website did not provide me with an order number nor did it confirm my order but the amount of 257rs has been deducted, I had placed the order at 3:32pm but no information regarding the order has been provided, please tend to this issue and ensure that it doesnt occur in the future.
