Domino's Pizza — Dominos's Pizza- Order was not delivered

I have ordered pizza around 10 PM and we have waited until 12.30 AM for the order and slept with bare stomach. I have contacted the store next day and the manger(Arjun Dahal if I remember) over there, he has checked in the system and said that sorry it didn't deliver because there were many orders and told that whether I can take the same order on that day which I was not interested. I have asked to cancel the order and refund my money back but he said that there is no such option. If they are unable to deliver why do they take the orders and suffer customers. He said that he will call me on Sunday but I didn't get any call from the store related to the delivery of my order.
