[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Late delivery and disrespectful attitude of delivery boy | |||
I ordered a pizza online (payment made in advance) which I received 10 mins later than the "acclaimed" 30 mins guaranteed delivery time. When we asked for refund, the delivery boy straight away, in a sheer disrespectful and derogatory manner, refused. I called the customer care no., on the spot, and explained everything to which the coordinator agreed for refund (within 7-8 days). After this also, the delivery boy started shouting at us trying to blame us for late delivery. I humbly respect you to look into the matter. I not only want you to resolve the refund matter but also want you to improve your quality of service. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. I hope my complaint will be taken care of.
