Domino's Pizza — Late delivery of pizza | |||
i ordered for 4 pizzaz on 30/1/15 at 8:55 pm . i was told that it will be delivered to me by 35-40 mintues. the delivery man reached me at 10:05 om. on saying that i am not supposed to pay for late delivery he snapped at me extremely rudely saying that he will take the order back and is not supposed to give it free. when i called the centre from where i ordered, they disconnected the ph. this happened atleast three times. three days have passed and no action has still been taken as i booked a complaint the very day itself. this incidence has heppened to me twice. if they cant stick to the time of 30 min else free, they should not claim such things. i found that dominos in terms of customer service is the worst company that has ever happened. will my complaint be resolved? Order No 137 placed on 15.05.2015 at 08.48 pm thru online payment mode was delivered only at 9:45 pm beyond the 30 min delivery confirmation time. This has been happening on a regular basis. On pulling the delivery guy was assured of the refund this time around. Am awaiting for the same at the earliest.

Store manager told he would call me back on why order got delayed but till now he hasnt called. And he has stopped picking my calls. This is the 3rd time am facing such issue with this particular store.
I never received my pizza and would like complete refund. After that am done with Dominos.
