Domino's Pizza — Misbehave with customer | |||
Dear Dominose, Subject : Misbehave with customer Invoice n. DPI66348/[protected]/33398 Order no 163 Dated 09/25/2015Time 19.18 I ordered a pizza today around 19.18p.m and one new boy received my call and I placed my ordered. He told me about buy 1 get 1 offer and I agreed with it( He didn’t told me about - no time bound issue). Then after half an hour back I call( around 19.50) in that no[protected] One female voice talked to me and I asked her about my pizza, and asked her will it be free because its already more than half an hour. She told me its not and explain it why(Rule- Buy1 get 1 - no time bound) ; and I told it that I am going to pay half, because the 1st guy sisnt tell me about this. She told me she will call me back.Within a sec One male voice call me and told me " I didnt listen it properly- I am telling lie. Very rudely he told me, if I want to take it otherwise return it back, its a small amount for them(dominos).." He just misbehaved with me badly. I asked his name, but he didnt tell me.After that he cut my call. I again call in that number and asked for Shahin, she told me that one new boy spoke to me and I repeatedly asked her to speak with that person or Mustak ( from Shahin I came to know about station manager name)but she didnt give it to anyone. I felt very insulted and I think that they cant speak with a customer like this. I dont know what action you are going to take regarding this matter. But I felt very bad and insulted.
