Domino's Pizza — misbehaviour by an employee

i had placed an order in Mandi dominoz (himachal pradesh)on 7th of march 2015 around 3.30 in the noon, my order was not deliver for an hour ...then i called them again to inquire i was told that they codn't get through my phone number so my order was canceled, i was so surprised ...so asked to speak to the maneger ...he came on line and told me the same thing ...and passed the phone to some other guy named Anshul, he realy miss behaved and told me that he doesnot have FALTU KA time and he has lot of customer to serve, then i asked him for his name ...he kept on arguing and didn't tell me his name for at least 10min, tho i never told them that i won't pay, i was asking them to take my order again thats it. It is so surperising to get this kind of treatment from the Dominoz ...n we are very regular customers... I realy want some action to be taken against this kind of empoyees as they spoil the reputation of your customer services and it will lead to ur salez. awaiting from the reply from you. regards Rashi Barwal [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
