Domino's Pizza — Money deducted from account but order not placed | |||
Hi, I ordered a pizza at 6:15 pm on 22nd august 2014. The order was in the name of Monika Chaurasia. The e-mail id was [protected]@outlook.com. The payment was done from ICICI net banking. A deduction of rs 458 from my account but on the landing page of dominoes i got an error message. Kindly tell me the ETA and procedure for refund of the deducted amount. I placed an online order but after online payment some technical issue came from your side and my order is not placed completely. But the money is deducted from my SBI account with ref. no. " BSBI[protected]IG00TIDGT9 TRANSFER TO[protected]". So please refund my money.
