Domino's Pizza — Money deducted from mobiKwik wallet for failed online order not refunded back to wallet | |||
I had placed an order, in two attempts through mobikwik wallet, out of which one attempt was unsuccessful and order is not placed, but my Mobikwik wallet was debited twice, now it's been 17 days but the amount is not refunded back in wallet. I logged a support ticket with mobikwik but they told me that the status of payment is successful for both transactions at dominos. Please look into the matter and process the refund for Rs 445/ asap to wallet.
