Domino's Pizza — Money taken from my credit card, but no order gone to store

I downloaded the app for dominos, made an order. At the end of it, after paying. It said to contact the store as payment has been taken, but there is a problem with the order. When I rang the store and explained what had happened, I was told that the order had not come through. I was told that the payment would stay out of my account for 4day then should go back in. And if it doesn't go back in, bring a statement down to the shop. He said it was a problem with ordering online, and there's nothing he can do about. This is very poor, if there is problems with ordering online. Then it should be sorted out, for the order not going through and the money being taken out. This is not good enough. So I now have it wait to see if the money is gonna go back into my account, or go into the store. Not the slightest bit impress with dominos or the customer service
