Dominos Pizza — Non delivery of Pizza after delivery confirmation

Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered Pizza with Dominos at Hessergatta Road on Dated[protected] at time 8.35 Pm. From Phone Number [protected].With a promise to deliverby an hour. The Phone number on which we have placed the order is[protected]. My grievance is that they have not delivered it at all, I have ordered two medium size veg pizza for my kids, we waited with endlessly till 11.30. We have also followed up spoke to their staff, every times they give us the same answer that our order is out for delivery. My house is only 2.5 Kms from the Bagalgunte traffic signal by any standard it won't take more than 15 minutes. Today[protected] their staff called at 4 PM and told us that they will delver which we have rejected. We were forced to look for option at Midnight to feed our hungry kids, we would request you to please look into the matter, and take necessary action and do the needful. Best regards Nishant
