Domino's Pizza — Not fulfill offer related pizza or delivered without offer after 1 and 1/2 hours

I have placed pizza order on online at date 7.08.2015 . my order was palced at SAKET-III, Plot No-13, Community Centre Malviya Nagar Extension, Saket New Delhi-110017 and my order number is 624.according to the offer we will get one pizza free on ordering one pizza.but when i have do a call they told me that you will get only one pizza.when again i called to SAKET-III, Plot No-13, Community Centre Malviya Nagar Extension, Saket New Delh and tell them to cancel the order they told me that ok i will provide you free offer but when delivery boy came they are not ready to give us free offer pizza.in this case we returned the pizza .at 11.30 we are suffering from many problem due to this attitude of domino's pizza. i want to register complaint regarding this matter. from domino i get this :- Hi subhash jha, Thanks for placing order with Dominos.
