Domino's Pizza — Not given product after taking payment | |||
Worst Service by Aditya mall branch indirapuram Ghazibad branch Dominos. I had placed an order on 27th May 2015 @ 9.30 pm for 1 pizza’s but almost waited for 1 hours still haven’t received the pizza. After we taking follow up we were informed that we haven’t given the contact no. but truth is that the sales staff forgot to take my contact no. But dominos does not even have the courtesy to apologies for their mistake. Very very poor customer service. Manager Mr. Ajeet Kumar was very rude & didn’t even bothered to hear my complain properly. His staff was lying & he was supporting her mistake & worst part the conversation was Mr. Ajeet Kumar was blaming me for not taking the delivery & i deny for same. where as mistake was of the staff holding the call. Better to keep some educated staff & manager rather than keeping such illiterate staff who don’t even know how to handle a loyal customer. While I placing an complain I could here the staff laughing and passing comments in the background. Seriously disgusting service. Better close the branch.i lost my money & repo in my children eyes.
