[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza India Ltd — incompetent executives and wrong behaviour towards customer

Hi,

My name is Om Prakash Singh, a resident of Dhanbad. I am a loyal customer to Dominos for more than 5 years and keeping that experience in mind, I thought of ordering a pizza from a new Dominos outlet in Dhanbad.

But that was a big mistake. First they have taken wrong order, second they have delivered the pizza in 50 minutes, third they havn't delivered what actually being ordered, fourth they have overcharged me, fifth is the major one i.e the Managers behaviour instead of listening to my problem he was emphasizing on my discount given.

When I have asked for a corporate discount, he simply refused it and told me that he will not give any discount to me in future. I've never expected this sort of behaviour from a Dominos manager.

I would request you to not spoil Dominos image with this sort of behaviour. I am loyal customer to Dominos from past 5 years. And if this continues then they will surely loose valuable customers.

This is all about humiliating treatment by the Dominos Pizza with its old and valued customers. Yesterday, I started ringing Dominos Pizzas tel nos.[protected] and [protected] since 2115 hrs. Since I am a regular customer and my mobile no. was registered, I was told by the answering machine that my call is being transferred to Green Park Store, i.e., the store which served me the last order. However, nobody cared to pick the call at Green Park Stores till 2215 hrs. However, to my good luck, the call was picked finally at 2216 hrs. and my order was taken (2 Cheese Burst Pizza with topping of Double Cheese Margareta and four Choco Lava nut cakes). However, when the order was not served till 2250, I again called and I was told that due to rush it would take one more hour to deliver the order. However, to my utter surprise when the order did not materialize till 2345, I called up again and again to the Dominos Number but nobody cared to pick the phone. Since, all the food courts hereby were already closed, there was no other alternative with my family but to sleep hungry. This kind of welcome to a New Year by Dominos Pizza is really intolerable, especially with its old customers. Now, I feel that I have no other alternative but to approach the Consumer Court or appropriate legal authorities for redressal of my grievances with the help of the recorded calls I have with me, so that recurrence of such incidents are avoided in future and customers like me are not cheated henceforth.

I ordered pizza from Domino's Velacheri outlet in Chennai. The delivery came after 50 minutes. I asked the delivery boy that he is 20 minutes late and should give me the pizza for free. He told me to talk to the manager. I called the manager of the outlet Mr. Manjunath. The slacker told me that this time we can't give it to you for free but next time we will give you 50% discount on your order. Yesterday, I ordered pizza again and reminded Manjunath about his last time's promise. He said, ok sir place your order. I ordered and the bill was of Rs.970. I asked for the discount, he said that after discount you have to pay Rs.798. What the hell! I talked to him for 15 minutes but he was obstinate. I talked to the All India Helpline number to lodge a grievance. But in vain. And so, Domino's have lost a loyal customer. I will never ever order pizza from Domino's.

I am a regular customer of domino in Rama murthy nagar at Bangalore, and I had a very bitter experience with them.
I had ordered having there Veg doubles with combo offer at 8:45pm date 22nd May 2012 .After half hour I went and enquired one person who had taken my order because I did not get the order bill, ( there were some problem with system )
then I shouted and asked my money back then that particular person came and requested me that to stay for few minutes. after few minutes finally he brought my pizza.
By the time I have changed my plan to go home and watch the cricket match so I have changed to take away.
There is no tomato ketchup. I went out with frustration
There is no use and through cup for pouring water.
This bad experience happening me 3 rd or 4th time.

Domino's Pizza — not giving the 30 min guarantee

we had placed an order and like everytime was expecting the 30 min garuntee bt they saidthat we will not get it as it was late and the time was 10 pm only...he was arragont and rude . this happened at ridhhi sidhhi outlet in behala.

Cashier behaviour Not good

I Have coming from dominos & iam order pizza. You are cashier face laziness for taking ordering cashier name is Priyanka. For rainbow plaza

delayed and misbehaviour of servicemen

misbehaviour of deliverymen. every time they do delayed the pizza.
