[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Order Cancellation Email Receipt Not Received

I have placed my order by 4:55 PM online through domino's website, it automatically detected nearby centre to my address as Uttam Nagar West Dominos, rather than Dwarka Mor Dominos, due to which my order got cancelled but I haven't received any notification regarding the cancellation of my order and I had to call the centre to get the status and the reason. I am regular customer of Dominos Pizza and such an incidence has hurt me alot in terms of faithfulness of such a big brand. I had words with the Uttam Nagar Dominos branch executive and had been told that my money will be refunded but my order cannot be dispatched, I had party at my home and it was very shameful as everyone was waiting for the order. Please refund my money as soon as possible and also rectify the location specific issues so that no one else will experience the same problem in near future.
