Domino's Pizza — Order not delivered | |||||
I placed an online order on 28th November 2015 at around 10:40pm and got a confirmation call as well ti confirm the order on which I confirmed the order wad placed by me. I waited for the delivery but no calls no delivery. I called the nearest outlet in Satya Niketan and was informed there was no order placed on my number. Waiting for 50 minutes and then getting informed there was no order placed is totally unacceptable even after confirming the order. I had been a customer for this Pizza chain but not anymore. I think Pizza Hut or other PIZZA CHAINS are more reliable with better customer satisfaction. Thanks Dominos Was this information helpful? | |||||
