Domino's Pizza — order pizza online and paid money in advance

order pizza online and paid money in advance order no 130 dated 26 June 2015. I selected pimpri location while doing online order because I am staying pimpri, but immediate I got call from domino outlet saying in your area we don't cover and order canceled . How I can identified / select location because there were so many options for pimpri, pimri gaon, pimri (Ajmera) ... etc..
