Domino's Pizza — Payment done but order not confirmed | |||
I had ordered a pizza online and paid for it by netbanking and while the amount had been deducted from my account the dominos server gave no confirmation of my order or failed order message so I was charged twice for one order. I would like a refund for the extra amount paid by me. I am attaching here the statement which shows I have paid twice for my order. Was this information helpful? | |||

@dominos_india I have booked for pizza from my wife no [protected] on 4th feb 7.54 pm and paid through Paytm Inr 679 and order not booked but money remitted to Domino’s as confirmed by Paytm. As order not booked requesting you to refund the money to Paytm wallet of [protected].
