I had placed a prepaid online order on 2/5/2015 at 23:00 hours with your rohini sector 11 store(new delhi). I had made payment in advance using your partner site paytm.com wallet. But the issue is that as it was 23:00 my order was not placed and i received a notification saying 'our kitchens have closed for now. Try ordering in 12 hours' Still my amount was debited from the paytm.com wallet and has not been credited back since then. I have contacted the store and they said in case of failed order the amount will be credited back within 5-7 days. I have also contacted the paytm.com support and they have confirmed that amount was debited from my wallet as the order was placed on their part.
