Domino's Pizza — Payment return policy

I had placed the order for pizza on 27th November, 16 order was placed through debit card. My money was deducted from my account ie Rs 150 however my order was not placed rather I had to place the order as COD. I had made the payment twice for single pizza. When I contacted them, there was no response from them after filling their feedback form, no one contacted me regarding my issue.
