Domino's Pizza — pizza delivered after 30 minutes

i had ordered pizza under buy 1 get 1 offer from your Ajmer (Rajasthan) branch on 12th June 2015 at 8:33 and the order was delivered after 45 minutes and it was cold, and regarding this when I called for 6 times at your Ajmer branch at Vega mall no one even picked the phone and the delivery guy refused to avail the 30 mins offer as proof i even have the call recording of the placed order in which the guy did not told me about the order being delivered late. As proof I took the sign of the delivery guy who has written that he delivered the pizza 15 minutes late.
