[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Pizza Delivery Delayed By 30 Minutes | |||
Hi Yesterday I have placed an order for medium pizza, and it was promised to deliver within 30 minutes but the delivery for that order was 30 minutes delayed. As per the dominos delivery policy the pizza should be deliver within 30 minutes of placed order time else this will be free of cost. Here I asked the delivery boy to make a call to the dominoes branch as the delivery is delayed and "it should be free" now. Delivery Boy: Sir if you don't pay the bill, they will deduct from my salary. Now I paid the bill amount to the delivery boy by cash. As per the policy I want to claim this amount against the below bill. Below are my bill details; Invoice No: DPI661267/14-15/47336 Order No: 208 Date : 12/19/2014 Time : 10:00 PM Delivery time 11:00 PM Kindly let me know how can I proceed further.
