Hello, I have placed an order as below for INR 402 through Domino's website. I gave my delivery address and this website : https://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/orderonline/thank-you.php automatically chosen the store for me. I placed the order at 8:17 PM and I receive a call by 8:45 PM saying we can't deliver the order as they don't know the place. Last time I placed a similar order and food was delivered from same domino's shop. Now I don't understand why they can't deliver the food. I haven't received my money back yet nor a cancellation notification from this shop. I need a immediate refund of the money, if they are not delivering the food. This is a problem with their shop and they are saying that can refund only after 7 days. I don't understand logic of 7 working days if its their problem or policy.
