Domino's Pizza — Poor customer service

We order for pizza and info as will be delivered after 1 hour but the delivery was late and we got after 2 hrs. We were not given with sause. When we asked for they told it should be done as a seperate order. We were not intimated during the time of order as it need to be order seperately. No proper respone and when we tried to call they are not picking the call. (Bill No.291, on 9/5/2014, Velacherry)
