I had ordered veg singles and veg doubles from sanpada east near Mohraj residency on the Dassera day ie 03/10/2014 in the evening and was very disappointed with the quality of bread...topping and taste of the pizza...i felt my money was a waste and experienced such a quality for the first time

I Rajat Tripathi ordered Pizza on 17 april 2015 medium size farm house ... which was smudged as no stool was placed . After complaint the replacement pizza was not delivered for next 1 hour . Then i called the customer care who after after keeping me on hold for 20 minutes connected me to wrong branch . Then i called again ... on calling again my call was connected to Hema Thakur ( Assistant Branch Manger ) who on complaining took no action .

This kind of irresponsible behaviour is not accepted from reputed firm like yours .
Kindly take some action .
