[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Refund money for failed online order

I placed an online order yesterday evening and after confirmed payment through net banking my order was not placed. I checked my SBI bank account and it is showing a transaction of Rs 249 debited from my account with reference no. (MSBI[protected]IGT9266077 TRANSFER TO[protected]. I checked with the nearest Dominos delivery outlet of NN Mall Rohini Sector 3, New Delhi over phone and they told me that they did not receive any online order. Since money has already been deducted from my account so I would like to know how and when will they be reversed?

This is the reply that I have received from Domino's Pizza customer service:

Your complaint has been forwarded to Domino's Pizza customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days.


What is the meaning of several days? I do not accept this as an answer. Will Domino's pizza accept a payment for pizza after several days? This is ridiculously pathetic from a service provider.
