Domino's Pizza — Refund not made

Hi, I was trying to order on 18th of july 2015 via debit card. The amount of 1095 was deducted from my a/c but I got a mail that order is not placed to the kitchen and the refund will be done within 7 days and still I have not received back the amount.I have tried to call the customer care and they are saying that they have not received any order and connecting me to the store manager. I am providing the details kindly look into it. Store name : navi mumbai, airoli order date : 18th July 2015, saturday transaction number : dc[protected] amount : 1095 I am attaching the mail I got from dominos for further references.
