Domino's Pizza — Refund not received on a cancelled transaction | |||||
On 17th Nov'15, I made an online order and used "paytm" payment mode. Unfortunately my order request failed, but the amount was deducted from my "paytm wallet". When I called Domino's customer care, I was informed that they have initiated the refund and it was successful. Till today I didn't receive the refund amount. I purchased samsung guru and 16gb memory card from CHUPCHAP LELO but it is duplicate not genuine product and customer care not responding of phone as well Email ..it is fake online website..Pls refund arrange to refund my money
