Domino's Pizza — Refund of Money And Service related

I have placed an order For Rs. 440 at Dominos in Airoli on 13th march. I have through mobikwik wallet. After waiting for 4 long hours and making 20 times to calls to dominos about my order . Finally I had to cancel my order. And I had assured my money would be refunded within week. I appreciate dominos strategy if customer is making payment in advance no need to worry about his order. However can you just let me know when I would receive my refund or I need to escalate same in consumer court.
